About Us

We use a manual hands-on approach that is highly effective in relieving pain and restoring movement, combined with exercise conditioning, to restore optimal movements, eliminate the root of pain, and improve strength and balance to injured areas.

All our treatments adhere to CAMPT best practices, which are focused and based on research-guided techniques that speed up recovery while educating patients about their condition in order to reduce the risk of relapse.

CAMPT is a professional organization of physiotherapists who have attained internationally recognized qualifications in manipulative physical therapy. CAMPT-Certified Physiotherapists offer advanced clinical expertise. They hold the highest academic qualifications in manual therapy available, a level achieved by only a small group of Physiotherapists in Canada.

Acupuncture

A safe and effective treatment that stimulates pain relieving hormones. Decreases pain and tissue tension, promotes healing and circulation, and improves overall body function.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling, also known as intramuscular stimulation (IMS) is a safe and effective treatment technique used to: relax myofascial trigger points; restore normal muscle tone; reduce myofascial pain and restore function.

Dry Needling involves the insertion of a very thin and flexible needle into specifically targeted shortened muscle knots (known as trigger points) to help it relax, loosen and function better.
